Red Gum Pass Exhibition celebrates the vibrancy and creativity of our local state-wide arts communities by curating a diverse and experimental collection of works from emerging and established artists. Nestled in the serene surrounds of the Denmark ArtsHouse, the exhibition showcases a dynamic mix of mediums, including painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, mixed media, interactive installations, and collaborative projects.

Our goal is to create an inclusive platform that openly welcomes, invites and inspires dialogue, experimentation, and engagement with art in all its forms. Our last exhibition, in January 2024, brought together 10 incredible artists whose works invited visitors to explore new perspectives, connect with innovative concepts, and participate in meaningful experiences.

As we look toward the next Red Gum Pass, we are committed to continuing this tradition of artistic exploration and community engagement. Through thoughtful curation and an emphasis on collaboration, mixed media, sensory engagement and experimental amalgamations, the exhibition will remain a cornerstone of our festival, fostering a space where creativity thrives, encouraging connection and inspiring simply a bit of fun.

Experimental Installations - indoor and/or outdoor - at RedGumPass
Red Gum Pass is held on Menang Noongar Boodja in Koorabup/Denmark at the Denmark ArtsHouse.
We’re seeking artists to create experimental installations at the next Red Gum Pass Exhibition! Whether indoors or outdoors, we’re offering free, adaptable spaces for you to articulate your visions.

We’re looking for works that are interactive, create/communicate sensory experiences, innovative uses of space, and/or engage with the native environment that surrounds the arts centre (in a non-invasive manner!). Out of the box, experimental, mixed and multi media pitches are favoured and any scale is welcomed.

Please don’t hesitate to shoot us a pitch, or ask any questions! Our goal is to create an inclusive platform that openly welcomes dialogue, experimentation, and engagement with art in all its forms so we’re keen to hear your ideas!
The cut off date for applications/pitches is creeping up so get your submissions in as soon as ya can! Fill out the following that applies to you, then send it through to Milly via email.
